The jack is great. It was hard to find because it is for an older model pop up camper but Kurt was super helpful and helped me find the right one. This company offers exceptional customer sevice. Incredible attitudes all around. It’s like Disney world but for trailers. Never seen anything like it. I won’t go anywhere else for trailer needs.
I would only say that the retracted "up" position of the jack does NOT have enough ground clearance , absent the wheel, to guarantee there is NO contact with concrete when entering/exiting a sloped concrete driveway.
The trailer jack for Our old (1996) tent trailer was received in a timely manner in good condition. It was easy to install and appears to work well. Very easy to operate and good instructions were included.
Even though the shipping box was all but destroyed, all parts arrived and installation was easy and practical.
